Our Journey
Beginning around 2015, our owner served as a volunteer fire chief in a small town. With a budget of approximately $40,000 a year, it was a challenge to obtain equipment for his department. With a team of about 15 members, affording a full set of turnouts, which cost around $2,000 at the time, was a significant struggle. He noticed that equipment businesses were focused solely on selling new equipment, disregarding how customers would finance their purchases. In 2019, Keith decided to establish a business catering to rural VFDs facing financial challenges. He began by acquiring and reselling equipment from his garage. The business expanded, and a year later, he constructed a 30x40 shop for storage. Soon after, he outgrew this space and leased a building in Poteau, OK. After nearly two years, in 2023, we acquired a property in Wister, OK, which more than tripled our storage and workspace. We continue to expand our business with minimal debt to better serve our customers and provide the most competitive pricing.
